The location of Sapphire Hotel Silom Bangkok was perfect for us. We had easy access to taxis and tuk tuks right outside the hotel, making it convenient to explore the city. The nearby temple across the street added a sense of cultural charm. There was also a bus stop nearby for those who prefer to use public transportation. And a 7-11 just around the corner was convenient. The beds were comfortable, and the recently renovated bathrooms were a nice touch. Despite the minor issues with the wifi and occasional strange smell in the room, the overall stay was satisfactory. The hotel's swimming pool area might have appeared neglected, but it wasn't a concern due to the rainy weather. While Sapphire Hotel Silom Bangkok may not have the luxurious standards of a five-star hotel, the reasonable price reflected our expectations.

The staff is friendly and willing to help with any inquiries, providing exceptional service. The rooftop pool offers stunning views of the city, allowing guests to relax and enjoy their stay.
The level of English spoken by the staff is quite limited, which can sometimes lead to communication challenges.

The staff was helpful, especially with tips in Chinese. Great location near transportation. Nearby good restaurants. Amazing rooftop pool with fine nighttime views. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and efficient AC. Close to King Power Tower.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated on a very good street with lots to do nearby. We were able to walk to restaurants, bars, and bus stops. The hotel itself had great facilities, including a swimming pool on the roof that we really enjoyed. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfy. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home.

Convenient location near public transportation and restaurants. Helpful multilingual staff and comfortable, renovated rooms. Limited parking space, but reception can provide advice in advance. Exceptional service, including assistance with lost items. a pleasant stay.
